Questions about planning Disney? I have the answers.

For Walt Disney World and Disneyland, I recommend planning at least 6 months in advance. For Disney Cruise Line, I recommend 9-12 months in advance or as soon as new itineraries are released.

If you’ve booked your Disney vacation within the last 30 days and are not yet paid in full, we can transfer the reservation to our agency! For other circumstances, I do charge a supplemental planning fee for access to my Disney travel services.

My job is to help you plan the best vacation at the best possible price! Special promotions vary based on destination and time of year. That’s why I keep tabs on newly released discounts and include price monitoring in my travel service packages! I will keep you updated as promos are released, and can apply them to your vacation cost so long as they are a qualifying reservation. If you’re price shopping, I’m probably not the right Travel Advisor for you!

No two budgets will be the same! I will always encourage you to schedule a consultation call with me so that we can properly manage expectations and discuss ways to financially plan for your Disney vacation.

Lucky for you, I speak all things military! As an Air Force spouse I’m familiar with all the nuances of navigating military discounts for room reservations, tickets, and other magical extras!

If you don’t know what Lightning Lanes are, or don’t even want to go down the rabbit hole of learning the best strategies for purchasing & booking, then I think you need a travel agent who specializes in Disney!

Many times it is in your best interest to book your vacation at least 6 months in advance for the ease of planning, and the added cushion of best available prices.

We all love those credit card points, hotel rewards & flight miles, don’t we? If you’d like to use points, we do have the option to pay a supplemental planning fee for all of the other components of your trip such as dining reservations, transfers, activities, spa appointments, etc.

One of the benefits of booking with me is the trusted relationships we have with our preferred hotel & resort suppliers. We have access to VIP perks at many properties such as upgrade upon arrival, food & beverage credit, complimentary breakfast, and surprise welcome amenities!

No two budgets are the same, so that is very hard to answer! Most of our clients spend $500+ per person per day of travel, excluding airfare. Nightly rates at hotels & resorts for our clients average $400-$1,000/night.

In most cases, no. I do not currently offer the booking of airfare without also booking hotel accommodations. I will typically encourage you to book your airfare independently with your preferred airline and (if you have them) loyalty miles & points. There are circumstances where bundling your hotel, resort or cruise package unlocks better flight prices. This is something we will discuss during the planning process.

Planning fees for any travel services beyond just a hotel or resort booking start at $300 per family.
